Refund Policies

• After August 15th refunds are subject to the approval of the Lorne Park Hockey Association President. Releases are NOT guaranteed.
• Any items such as jerseys, socks, equipment must be returned to the Coach before any refund is issued.
• After September 1st, all refunds are issued and refunds granted the week following the conclusion of the MHL convening period, subject to the Lorne Park President's approval. Refunded registration fees are subject to the administration fee as follows:
  • Up to August 15th $100.00 admin fee
  • August 16th to September 1st $200.00 admin fee
  • September 2nd to September 15th $300.00
• After September 15th NO REFUND
• If you need to withdraw, you will require written permission from the President of Lorne Park president@lpha.ca

Refund dates

NSF Cheques and Default in payments:

NSF cheques will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.
• All registration fees are due on or before evaluations. If a player is in default of payment, the registrar will notify parent and advise of imminent suspension if payment is not received within 30 days of registration.
• If a player receives a suspension due to default of fees, the player will not be allowed to play or practice with any team within MHL or GTHL until payment is received and registrar lifts the suspension. In the event of suspension, the Registrar will notify Player, President of Lorne Park, the Team Coach and the MHL Discipline Chair.
